Refund policy

All sales are final.  Your satisfaction is my priority.  If you receive a damaged products, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt.  Please include detailed photos of complete packaging and damaged product.  Items damaged in shipping will be subject to the insurance rules of the carrier.

Workshop reservations are non refundable or exchangeable.
